Terms and Conditions relating to Filippo Berio ‘Win a Year’s Supply of Pesto’ Competition
- The Promoter
The Promoter is Filippo Berio UK Ltd, Premiere House, Studio 1, Limelight, Elstree Way, Borehamwood WD6 1JH. Filippo Berio is a registered trademark of SALOV SpA, Via Montramito, 1600, 55054 Massarosa (Lucca), Italy. The prize is provided under the law requirements for the UK and Ireland.
1.1. The competition is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) only. Residents of Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are excluded.
1.2 Employees of the Promoter or any associated company and their immediate family as well as sponsors of the Prize Draw and their employees and judges of the Prize Draw and their immediate family, or anyone else involved in the organisation of the Prize Draws, may not enter.
- How to enter
2.1 The Promoter is running two separate Prize Draws during the same Competition Period: one via the Filippo Berio newsletter (the “Newsletter Prize Draw”) and one via Instagram (the “Instagram Prize Draw”).
2.2 Newsletter Prize Draw
To enter the Newsletter Prize Draw, entrants must enter via the competition page on the Filippo Berio September ‘Pesto’ newsletter.
2.3 Instagram Prize Draw
To enter the Instagram Prize Draw, entrants must follow @filippoberio_uk on Instagram, like the relevant competition post and comment on the post.
2.4 Entries for both Prize Draws must be received before 11.59pm GMT on 4 October 2026 to be valid. Entries received after the end of the Competition Period will not be valid.
2.5 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries to the Newsletter Prize Draw and one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries to the Instagram Prize Draw. There are therefore two prizes available in total.
2.6 An entrant may enter both Prize Draws, provided they complete the relevant entry requirements for each. Entry into one Prize Draw does not automatically constitute entry into the other.
2.7 An entrant may enter both Prize Draws but may only win one prize. If the same entrant is selected as the winner of both Prize Draws, the Promoter will redraw a winner for the second prize.
2.8 No third-party or automated entries are permitted.
2.9 Entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions, and entry into either Prize Draw signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Winner selection and contact
3.1 The Promoter will select at random at the end of the Competition Period. The decision of the Promoter shall be final.
3.2 No correspondence will be entered into respect of any decision made in connection with the Prize Draws.
3.3 The Newsletter Prize Draw winner will be contacted using the email address supplied with their entry. The Instagram Prize Draw winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message. The Promoter will request the winner’s name and postal address in order to dispatch the prize.
3.4 If a winner fails to provide the requested details to the Promoter within one month of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Prize
4.1 There is one prize available for each Prize Draw.
Each prize is a “Year’s Supply of Pesto”, comprising:
2 x Filippo Berio Classic Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Hot Chilli Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Organic Classic Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Sundried Tomato Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Tomato & Ricotta Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Truffle Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Vegan Basil Pesto 190g;2 x Filippo Berio Vegan Sundried Tomato Pesto 190g; and a selection of Filippo Berio oil and vinegar products.
All products are subject to availability.

4.2 The Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winners cannot request any alternative prize.
5. Winner Publicity
5.1 The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the prize winners in future publicity material.
- General
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so.
6.2 By entering the Prize Draw you accept these Terms and Conditions as in force at the time you submit your Entry.
6.3 Any person who provides their personal details to the Promoter in connection with either Prize Draw accepts:
6.3.1 these Terms and Conditions; and
6.3.2 the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the relevant Prize Draw, including sharing the winner’s name and address with parties involved in dispatching the prize where necessary, and for any other purpose for which the entrant has separately provided their consent.
6.4 Instagram
The Instagram Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram. By entering the Instagram Prize Draw, entrants acknowledge that Instagram has no responsibility for the promotion or its administration.
