Bombardino

Literally translating to “bomb” in English, this cocktail certainly packs a punch! Though first created in Lombardy, today the drink is often enjoyed by Italian skiers after a day on the snowy mountains. Whether you’re navigating the slopes this season, or keeping warm and cosy, make Bombardino a part of your winter season!

Ingredients

400ml eggnog, such as advocaat
200ml brandy
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon

Method

Gently warm the advocaat in a pan over a low heat, then stir in the brandy.
Divide between 4 glasses and top with whipped cream. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve immediately.
