Popcorn 4 ways – sweet & savoury

You can use freshly popped corn, but allow to cool - or for ease use shop bought salted popcorn for savoury recipes and for the sweet either sweet or salted. Swap the types of olive oil, to suit the topping flavours!

50g cooked popcorn
40 ml Filippo Berio Olive Oil - see specifics below

Topping 1

Filippo Berio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Parmesan and Dried Italian mixed herb

Topping 2

Cinnamon & sugar
Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil

Topping 3

Filippo Berio Mild & Light Olive Oil
Dedicated coconut and cocoa

Topping 4

Filippo Berio Truffle Flavoured Oil
Porcini powder

Method

Place 50 g cooked popcorn in a bowl or container with a lid, add 40 ml Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil, then shake to coat.
Sprinkle over the seasonings to taste and shake again to evenly coat. Serve immediately.
