Ingredients

60ml Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil
4 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1⁄4 tsp sugar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

In small screw-topped jar, combine the Filippo Berio Classico Olive Oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar. Shake vigorously until well blended.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Store dressing in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
Shake well before using.
